1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing cebuwin.org or any of its associated mobile applications, sub-domains, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who interacts with the cebuwin platform.

cebuwin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at cebuwin.org/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. Your continued use of cebuwin after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is entitled to hold only one (1) cebuwin account. Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through another person — is strictly prohibited. cebuwin employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cebuwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold balances pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cebuwin login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. cebuwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify cebuwin support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering and at all subsequent times. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. cebuwin reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

cebuwin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and Credit/Debit Cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. cebuwin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made to cebuwin must be funded from accounts or payment methods that belong to the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to the original source.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. cebuwin targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes:

• GCash and Maya: Typically within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts;
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Within 1–3 business days;
• USDT TRC20: Within 1–2 hours, subject to network confirmation;
• Other methods: Processing times displayed at the cashier.

cebuwin reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals may only be directed to payment methods previously used to fund the account or methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.

4.3 Currency

All cebuwin accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment is received in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at cebuwin's prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

cebuwin offers various bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to a cebuwin account must be wagered a minimum number of times before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page. cebuwin reserves the right to decline bonus requests or void bonuses where evidence of bonus abuse is detected.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and are grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms;
• Using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent;
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus.

6. Gameplay & Fair Use

6.1 Random Number Generation

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure during gameplay, cebuwin reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. cebuwin will not be liable for any losses or anticipated winnings arising from such malfunctions. 6.3 Bet Limits

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through cebuwin;
• Colluding with other players or cebuwin employees to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account;
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information;
• Accessing cebuwin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of sports betting manipulation;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with any cebuwin software or platform component;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cebuwin staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cebuwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings — arising from your use of or inability to use the cebuwin platform.

cebuwin's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to cebuwin in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cebuwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your cebuwin account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. cebuwin will process the closure within 5 business days of receiving the request, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements or open bets.

12.2 Account Suspension by cebuwin

cebuwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms, cebuwin reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, cebuwin may forfeit the balance in whole or in part.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of cebuwin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with cebuwin in good faith by contacting our support team. cebuwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receiving a written complaint.

14. Amendments to These Terms

cebuwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cebuwin will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The effective date of the most current version will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of cebuwin after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using cebuwin and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
